John Seeley
John Seeley, is a co-founder of FERA and is currently a Consulting Partner. John has a Ph.D. in Higher Education, a Masters in Comparative Government and a B.A. degree in Political Science. He has over 35 years of experience in conducting evaluations and his work has been published in the United States and internationally. In the late 90s, John was one of six national trainers selected by United Way of America to train United Way agencies in outcomes measurement. Dr. Seeley has conducted evaluations in many parts of the world for Junior Achievement International, Inc. and the International Youth Foundation. He was formerly the President of the Michigan Association for Evaluation and helped to found that organization in the mid-1990s.
